All products are covered by full manufacturers' warrantees which will be completed by the company where relevant but must be sent off by the customer failure to do so may void your product warrantee. Our labour is backed up by our own guarantee of workmanship that is second to none. We also undertake to take up customer complaints or queries with manufacturers whenever possible.
We will call free of charge to inspect work and advise customers on the most appropriate course of action, where required. Any defects arising from faulty installation or repair work, that may require rectification, and that occur within the guarantee period, are treated as a priority and will be dealt with at the earliest possible time.
Problems which arise outside the company's standard guarantee period may also be rectified free of charge, or at a partial charge, at the company's discretion.
